Ranch Hand Weekend

Everyone is invited for a weekend of food, fun and family as the City of Kingsville & King Ranch® celebrates the Ranch Hand Festival on November 19-20.   The festival honors the city’s rich cultural heritage as one of the mainstays of the Texas ranching industry and will feature food, live music, cooking demonstrations, art, storytelling, book signings by local authors and more.

The Ranch Hand Festival partners with the traditional annual Ranch Hand Breakfast held on the King Ranch® in order to bring visitors to Historic Downtown Kingsville and to celebrate our local heritage.  Local museums, artists, businesses, community organizations, vendors and the university work together to provide cowboy-themed entertainment.  The breakfast is always on the Saturday before Thanksgiving and the festival fills out the weekend. The events also kick off Kingsville’s La Posada holiday celebration.
